Li attempts to make his way home to LA to live with his sister "Mei" but was arrested in Phoenix, Arizona. The C.I.A. gives Li a chance to avoid prison as long as he agrees to be their confidential informant for life. Li agrees to this proposal and reunites with Mei in LA. Upon arrival, Mei has some issues accepting Li back into her life. This is because Li was accused of killing his ex-fiancé and her family at the Disney World.
