He loses his job, his wife kicks him out, and he hits the road in despair. He finds himself in St. Jone's Ditch, a ghost town in deep East Texas that hasn't quite died, though the folks who end up there have a habit of doing just that. This is a place where people go to quit living. Tim takes his place amongst the odd denizens of the bar and the equally quirky residents, and decides whether or not his life is worth living.
