Kamran Pasha had the scoop almost 48 hours before this made public in major trade magazines via Disney press release. On Nov 20th 2022, CEO Bob Chapek was abruptly terminated and his predecessor Bob Iger was reinstated as head of the Walt Disney company. Funny enough, Robert Iger seemed to have little to no plans to alter course on the hiring freezes or layoffs, which we are NOW starting to see surface.
