And Olivia is seeing Jake socially. and it turns out that Jake was tasked with keeping an eye on Olivia by Fitz. David thinks someone is following him so he turns to Olivia. They later learn that he is being followed by someone who knows the girl whom he is being framed for killing. And she claims to know who really killed her and she could be next.
