The story of Pegasus Bridge, and this screenplay, is that of a film I have wanted to make for a very long time, and despite all the set backs, I still hope to make it one day. My personal interest in the subject was spawned at a very young age from seeing the film The Longest Day, one Christmas holiday, when it was screened on British television in the mid 1970s.
