With a budget that doesn't match the couple's expectations, Drew and Jonathan struggle to sell the potential of a fixer-upper. The couple finally decides between two big renovation projects, and Jonathan only has four weeks to complete the job. But they instantly fall behind schedule when the demolition takes far longer than expected. The couple presses for add-ons that puts pressure on Jonathan to make miracles happen.
