Nor is she pleased that Jason has let their girls dye their hair and takes lightly reports of daughter Charlotte's overly boisterous behaviour. When Charlotte's sister Jess gets stage fright over the school play Billy gives her the confidence to go on and Gemma gratefully kisses him. They are seen by an irate Alfie who starts a fight during the play which Tom breaks up before asking Gemma on a second date. She accepts but is equally attracted,if not more so,to Billy.
