This angers the French athletes who are against concessions to Algeria but gathers support from other Islamic countries. Despite problems moving into his new flat and welcoming incoming staff member Fi Healey, head of legacy, Ian goes to the Foreign office for a video link-up with Benhamadi to rectify matters.
