In the year 2000 the European Commission defined the Precautionary Principle in a modest length 29 page document. UNESCO came up with a somewhat shorter definition five years later. That's not good enough for risk bites which in a couple more iterations reduced it to "Go slow and ask smart questions." You might want to back up a step. Written by David Foss See less
