They find a clock with an inscription and the Phoenix symbol. E.J. gloats to Stefano about setting John up by cloning his cell phone and making it impossible for John to look anything but guilty. E.J.'s hope's that by defending John's "victims" he will change how people see the DiMera name and will allow Johnny to inherit the family name and business with dignity. Someone watches as everyone gathers at the Brady Pub to support John before the jury selection begins in his trail. Suddenly, shots ring out and everyone runs for cover.
