He soon realizes that the tenuous connection they once had is destroyed due to her burgeoning womanhood and ease in accepting their parent's divorce - a direct contrast to his own stagnation. An expressionistic look at how one event can affect momentum and memory in different people, the film is presented in a single seven minute shot in order to convey a new memory being made in real time.
