The three young interns all come from different walks of life as they have the opportunity of a lifetime to pursue the career of their dreams. The battle begins when they have to report to three executives who are arrogant, selfish, ignorant, evil and controlling. The interns come in very enthusiastic ready to become great students and soak up as much knowledge as possible but only to discover that there is little knowledge to gain but more torture to endure. The interns fight to prove themselves at the company as they struggle to hold on to their integrity, morals and values as they learn about the dog eat dog industry. They also give valuable lessons to the executives that they are working for showing them a whole new side of life.
