His hosting style has more in common with Hans Gruber than Chris Tarrant. If people come to his quizzes looking for a fun night out, that's their business, not his. One evening he steps into the Grave Maurice pub, another night, another set of chancers, cheaters and ignorami for Bill to crush. But tonight it's different, tonight there's a lone contestant who seems able to answer everything Bill can throw at him.
