Although Don denies that he and Dan threw the weigh-in as a sign of "giving up", Bob and Jillian are certain he and Dan did. The on-ranch contestants participate in the ultimate temptation challenge in facing the specific foods that are their individual weaknesses. The winner of the challenge gets to choose the team that will train with Cara and Brett for the week off the ranch. That team finds the off campus training has some good and not so good elements. That team returns to the ranch for a reward challenge, which combines knowledge of their weakness foods once again and a test of strength.
