The soundtrack of my movie features my original composition for piano also titled, 'Havana Nights.' The film begins with a voice over and my own personal reflection on the tales of my grandparents. It then goes on to depict a 'Walt Disney'-esque scene where two grandchildren bring a book to their Cuban grandfather in order to hear his stories about Cuba. I submitted this film to the Jersey Filmmakers of Tomorrow competition and won second place. I hope that I can touch those Cuban-Americans who hold Cuba in their hearts and memories forever.
