Audrey lives in her own building in Brooklyn and hosts seven very distinct tenants. Despite living only feet apart, Audrey still feels alone. It seems their lives conjoin only when the rent is past due. After the loss of another close friend, Audrey confronts her fears and invites the tenants to a board game party in her apartment.
