But Tony has a girlfriend - a relationship he desperately wants to hold on to. He wants to come off the heroin. However, Jeff has other motivations, trying to coerce Tony in to crime to score a final hit. After getting caught, Tony goes in to rehab and Jeff goes to prison. But with Jeff due for release and Tony struggling to win back Julie's affections, will they succumb to the syringe and reunite their friendship?
