He sat in jail for 7 years and got freed earlier this year. He has never done a interview since his release until now. He talks with Akademiks about his rise to fame, the moment he got locked up and the aftermath. Bobby explains his current label situation and says that before now there was an attempt to control him on social media and other public places. He breaks down the relationship with Roc Nation and other artists who have shown him love in the past. He also answers the question if he felt he is owed anything by the artists who have been using his name for extra attention recently.
