Connor gets paler by the minute and prepares to tell Karen the truth about his forgetting to use protection when they made love. Out on the balcony, Anthony pours his heart out to Macy. She is clearly touched, but reminds him that she has not given up on her marriage just yet. Meanwhile, Darla urges Thorne to swallow up his pride and fight for Macy or it might be too late. Thorne leaves for the Spencer apartment where he finds Macy in an intimate conversation with Anthony. Thorne makes an emotional appeal for his wife to come back to him. However, Macy feels not ready to make her decision just yet because she has developed feelings for another man. Thorne is shocked. James visits Brooke who is already preparing her European getaway. James reveals that Ridge punched him. A startled Brooke decides to charm James. Eventually, James remarks that he and Brooke would make a much better couple than Ridge and Taylor.
