Together with Marius Grasshoff, Dorothee succeeds in calming her upset son Nico and persuading him to take a sensible approach. So they visit Jenny's parents together and learn the sad story of the Wischnewski family. It almost comes to a scandal. Undaunted, Nico and Jenny plan for a common future and do not always have the same views.
