This specific show is the creation of puppet maker Micheline Legendre, she and others in the profession who can let their imaginations run wild into the realm of fantasy. The show entails making the puppets themselves - marionette bodies generally carved out of wood - coming up with a story, having the puppeteers learn how to make the specific movements of the puppets to fit the story, and piecing together appropriate music and designing and building the sets. Ms. Legendre often uses her discerning infant nephew Jacques as a critic before she opens the show to a wider audience. Written by Huggo See less
