The documentary tells about which ever the way unemployment comes to you, it stings and pierces it fangs into your personal freedom, thought and well being. It speaks about unemployment effects globally, not specific to US or any one country. A jobseeker at a employment center have no clue about world economy, recession, they don't understand how system works, all they care about is their life, their family, children. The documentary focuses on individual's feelings and aspirations for a better life. An example of VA skill source center and VA employment office, explained how they functions and processes.
