The Northern Quarters of the capital city Bujumbura are the symbol of one of the most cruel wars the world has ever known, the conflict between hutu and tutsi. The background and the glances of the ones who have not left are interwoven with the life of Alexis who gave up his job as a journalist in 2007 to stand for President in 2010.
