Unwilling to hear a word from him unless he is willing to divorce Taylor, Brooke enrages herself in yet another panic attack. Sally and Jack go through the contract that the lawyers have drawn up: Clarke will have to remain with Spectra Fashions for three consecutive years and deliver a collection each season - or he will lose his shares in the company. Clarke refuses to sign a contract with these terms without speaking to his attorney first. Joyfully playing with the fact that Sally is in desperate need of a designer, Clarke coolly remarks that this decision-making process will take time. Stephanie tells Sheila to stay out of the Forresters' affairs. Then, Dr. Robbins gives Eric, Ridge, Stephanie and Sheila an update on Brooke's condition: it appears as if the baby is fine. However, the obstetrician stresses that her patient needs time to relax because it seems like her symptoms are stress-related. Therefore, Stephanie urges Ridge to go home to his wife.
