Billy Joe decides to use the key to open Bernie's locker. Max becomes irate when he spots drilling equipment on the adjacent Harper land. Jeb comforts Elena by suggesting that if Joe's alive, he fled the country. Billy Joe opens the locker and discovers a suitcase stuffed with money. Iris informs Elliot that if Dennis is sent to prison, she'll tell him about Alex first. Billy Joe lies to Nita about the suitcase of money.
