This short documentary examines two women's obsessions with the phenomena occurring worldwide, eBay. There have been many fascinating stories as a result of eBay and this is one humorous tale! Trish and Kellie have recently discovered the joys of eBay, from the anxiety of learning they've been outbid through the agonising wait until the final seconds; to the pure bliss they feel when they finally win the bid. The thrill of the chase is something they look forward to on a daily basis and they are kept mesmerized with their surprise packages that arrive at their door each day, full of often useless but oh-so-value-for-money items. The women share their stories with us, including anecdotal accounts of setting the alarm for 2 in the morning to snatch the bid in the final seconds.
