From waking up to going to bed, the day is punctuated by services, between five and seven shared prayers. But daily life too is lived with great intensity. Work must be organized and concrete solutions must be found to support the communities, affected by the lack of new vocations. The role of mother superiors is to unite the community by maintaining a harmonious balance between the different sensitivities of the sisters and the material realities of the monastery while remaining faithful to the monastic rule of their order. Life in the monastery is therefore not a refuge from all responsibility, it is the very image of the world. This movie is about living in community with your differences, living your faith with your doubts, living your commitment with your mistakes. See less
