Only the count's daughter Amber, who found the corps, seems deeply grieved, despite her impending wedding with rich contractor Cedric Schots. Van In enjoys taking charge of the high profile case to escape commissioner duties. Joppe was Amber's childhood best buddy, and send the count a recording of her having sex in the castle while Cedric was abroad. The count has an adulterous alibi, but it may be leak.
