In one such tribe, the Akasha, a girl named Peggy Sue bears the marks of the star and visions of a tablet purported to be a new source of energy, therefore her tribe believes that she has been chosen to save them. However another member of the Akasha, Maximillian Duart has also been having visions of this tablet, and after Peggy's rejection of him, a vengeful Max seeks to beat her to the tablet, which he believes to be a new form of knowledge. They journey into a new world with all types of characters, and even though they each make their own path, they share their experiences with each other in dreams. Their philosophical quest leads them to the great question of mankind and human existence. A fairy tale of dreams, fantasy, satire, politics, and the human condition.
