James and Maggie move into their new home, a cute little cottage. Sheila receives a visit from her old foe Lauren. Sheila joins her new house-mates dressed to the nines. This does not go unnoticed by James. Maggie ignores the sexy outfit and instead prepares a healthy meal for pregnant Sheila. Thorne is still furious with his wife for turning Claudia in with the INS. Taylor wonders if Thorne might be involved with the seamstress which he staunchly denies. Thorne switches the topic to Taylor believing in a future with Ridge which - in his opinion - is bound to end in disappointment. Eric is happy to be back in charge at Forrester Creations.
