Mike is completely baffled when she denies that it is just a ploy to win over the good doctor. James fills Taylor in that he is making progress in therapy with Sheila. James is disappointed, though, when Maggie cancels on their date yet again without disclosing the reason. Later, James is surprised when Sheila quotes the bible to cheer him up. At Bikini Bar, Dylan takes Jessica to the beach to finally spend a romantic evening with her. Even a gentle kiss from her boyfriend turns out to be still too much for Jessica. Dylan is furious when Jessica rejects him, but won't tell him what is wrong. Inside, Jasmine urges Sly to net let Ramone and Tony get to him. She is extremely proud of Sly for still being friends with Jessica despite their shaky backstory. In a shocking turn of events: Sly forces Jessica to dance with him.
