However, it is Michael who makes Grant admit that he has to move on from his feelings for Taylor. They share some more kisses and discuss whether they are a couple by now. Brooke confronts Stephanie for trying to steal her children. Stephanie graciously offers Brooke visitation rights and assesses that the court granted Eric full custody because she is not fit to raise two kids. Brooke retorts that karma will eventually catch up with Stephanie. Ridge learns from Taylor that she convinced Eric to no longer keep Rick and Bridget from their mother. He is touched by his ex-wife's ongoing concern for him. Taylor then admits to Ridge that she still loves him. Ridge feels the urge to set the record straight and announces that he will stay with Brooke despite not being Bridget's father.
