At the court house, Eric is eager to take the witness stand to explain why he took legal action against Dylan. Eric cites Dylan's visit to the Forrester Mansion earlier as an example that the young man is not respecting the law. Connor tries to weaken Eric's testimony by pointing out that Eric is mostly presenting hear-say-content. Jessica is called as the next witness. She is visibly uncomfortable on the witness stand and does not want to testify about her physical relationship with Dylan. Sheila recounts her therapy session at Big Bear to Mike.
