Brooke and Ridge hope that the hostility between the families can be overcome. As hostess, Sheila tries to position herself as the grand dame of the evening. Beth extends an olive branch to a reluctant Stephanie. Katie and Donna learn from Kristen that her younger sister Felicia is in central Africa doing relief work and will therefore miss out on the big event. Ridge asks Storm to be his best man. Although Storm is still critical of the marriage, he eventually agrees. In Casablanca, Moustafa confesses to Omar that he has misplaced the file on "Laila". Taylor has accidentally found the file on the Forrester family and looks on the various photos in curiosity. When reading the profile on "Dr. Taylor Forrester", her memory suddenly comes back to her. Taylor is confused: Why did Prince Omar withhold this information from her?
