He calls out for his brother but again there's no answer. He is floored when he sees his wife curled up in his brother's bed... When Nate and his nanny Julia arrive, Malcolm's shrugs off their concern that he is bothered by something. Olivia thanks Neil that he let her stay in his bed while he slept on the couch. Olivia points out their obvious closeness and compatibility but Neil only sees pain at the end of an impossible situation as she is married to Malcolm. Diane fills Jack in on her plans to design them a house of their own, so that they don't have to live with Ashley anymore. Mamie apologizes to Ashley for hanging "La Senora" in the living room. Cole then tells his wife that Victoria raised some interesting questions about her relationship with Rafael. Just then the painter walks in... Michael arrives in Madison to bolster Alice's spirit before Cassie and the social worker arrive. When Mr. Morgenstern and Cassie arrive, Alice is surprised to find that Sharon has accompanied them. Michael escorts Sharon out despite Cassie's protest, as this visit is about Alice spending time with her adoptive daughter. Christine and Paul worry that Nick seems hell-bent to cut a shady deal with Al.
