Told in a series of interconnected vignettes, characters confront adulthood in different ways. Brian says goodbye to relationships he has outgrown while Melissa and Tommy try desperately to preserve their adolescence. Matt and Sammy dream of escaping their small town in pursuit of destiny, while Grady and Janine defend their suburban middle-class life.
