The complaint on the networks went viral quickly and Ernesto, the caretaker, was fired as a result of the media scandal and for having participated in that obvious act of discrimination. All this reaches the ears of Alejandra, Ernesto's daughter. She wants to fix things and so she quotes Vanessa in her own house, hoping she'll forgive her dad and help him get back to work. But also with the desire for him to open his mind, understand the mistake he made and get a feel on the train of progress.
