But when Sher Singh, an imposing Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police comes, everyone greets him and gives him way to reach the booth counter directly. One day, his arrogance is shattered when a child Mohan dares to ask him how could a man, supposed to maintain law & order, break the long queue before the milk booth? This was enough to burn Sher Singh with rage and a tug of war begins between him and the child. Mohan, whose father is a Gandhian union leader, finally wins the battle.
