People have become plagued with schizophrenic episodes always, in constant fear of food shortages and supply contamination. Humanity has reached a chaotic state where children slaughter each other in the streets over a pieces of stale bread. Through all this turmoil a new regime gives birth to itself, vowing replenish food supplies and put peoples minds at ease in this chaotic baron wasteland.
