In the inevitable future, a woman named Polly has it all, at least on the surface: a great job at a "like" farm, a hunched spine just like the celebrities have, even a guy who wants to list her as "in a relationship" with him, but she longs for more. She dreams of meaningful connection and of seeing a sunset with her own eyes like people used to long ago when they had straight spines, instead of on the federally issued screen everyone wears attached to their bodies.
