Even if he beats his opponent in a chess tournament, he unexpectedly takes the chess clock and smashes his opponent's head with it. He also struggles with terrible headaches. Having been admitted to the hospital, Naci gives everybody a hard time including his mother and attracts Hekimoglu's attention with his personality. Mehmet Ali, who has resigned, starts to go to job interviews yet someone mysterious sabotages his appointments. Mehmet Ali blames Hekimoglu first, but this causes everybody in the team to suspect each other, including Ipek and Orhan. It will not be easy for Hekimoglu to diagnose Naci, who annoys the doctors with his sharp mind and tongue, and to find out who sabotages Mehmet Ali's appointments.
