Julia Grosz, who has just been promoted to chief inspector, is in charge of the operation. When the undercover agent died shortly before the mafia-like structures were discovered, the whole operation seemed to have failed. But the arms dealer Timofejew has a niece, Marija, who works for the LKA and distanced herself from her family years ago. In order to prevent the complete failure of the operation, Grosz tries to bring Marija into position against her own family. Falke, who was once Marija's superior at the LKA, is not enthusiastic.
