Catherine is depressed and withdrawn, longing to be free, for her actions to have consequences. Catherine and Alice find Timon: a male from a male panopticon. He's snuck over to Giulietta to see women for himself. Now he's lost and afraid. Catherine and Alice have to decide what to do with Timon.
