We take the ground turkey and place it into a mixing bowl. We add an egg, ketchup, mustard, bread crumbs, onion soup mix, salt and black pepper to prepare the meat for cooking. We mix everything thoroughly and place it into a square silicon mold, making sure that the ground turkey has been spread out evenly. We then take the mold and place it into the microwave for cooking for about twelve minutes. In the meantime, in a bowl we mix the glaze that will go on top of the meatloaf. The glaze is made out of ketchup, brown sugar and apple cider vinegar. We mix this very well. Once the meatloaf finished is twelve minute rotation, we take the glaze mixture and apply it to the entire thing making sure we get all the sides and the top coated. The last phase of cooking is for three minutes only in the microwave. Once it is done we slice the meatloaf and serve it with a side of white rice. Written by Antonio Collado See less
