Furious that she wasn't honest with him from the beginning, Paul accuses her of putting her career above him. At the same time, Mary tells Nina, Lynne and Gina that Christine isn't pregnant. Jill accuses Jack of manipulating Billy into signing the proxy. Jack tells Nikki that Phyllis has received a lucrative offer from Newman Enterprises. Nikki warns Jack not to get into a bidding war because Jabot doesn't have the money. Phyllis shows Victoria a new contract draft, which includes various expensive demands. Later, Phyllis plants a passionate kiss on Jack.
