The deceived buyer, bank officer Carsten Broicher, was spying on her 'miracle recovery'. Niece Isabell Frey, sole intestate heiress, was to mind the house, possibly hoped to speed up the succession. Real estate agent Hans-Georg Mahler was in cahoots with Olga, who also did strange financial transactions with her senior buddy neighbor, who also got cheated out of a fortune.
