Judge Chester thinks Steven's interrogation with Peyton is going too far and suggests him to withdraw from the case if he continues to act unprofessional. Nevertheless, Steven is able to prove that Peyton was in no way capable to draw a conclusion from Hannah and Ann's conversation. Peyton claims that their conversation is of minor importance, but Steven tries to prove that Peyton and Hannah pushed Ann over the edge. Steven's continuing unprofessional behavior leads him to having to pay a fine of 500 dollars. Meanwhile, Jack finds a way to Rachel, which upsets her very much.
