This time, we focus on Monty's multiple Guinness World Records as a world memory champion, his 55,000-word research thesis into the effects of bedtime technology on the body's circadian rhythms and setting up the registered charity Young Active Minds. We also hear about Monty's forthcoming speech at the United Nations in Geneva where he will be presenting his own research findings.
