The head of the regional criminal investigation department Tura Samatov comes to the conclusion that the murder was organized by the leaders of the local drug mafia. Immediately after Samatov took search measures, he was sent to retire. However, Tura, together with his friend Valentin Silov, who was dismissed from the police on false slander, continues the investigation on their own.
