The film was shot in Bulgaria and Belgium. Shown are several months of the life of the sick Lyubka, in which she and the doctors are struggling with the deadly tumor - tests, surgery, a trip to Belgium, vaccinations with a specially made vaccine. The patient Lyubka and her whole family, doctors, supporters of the project - the Belgian ambassador to Bulgaria, the discoverer of the method "specific immunotherapy" - the Belgian professor Van Gaal participate.
